CONDITIONS OF USE

1.- OBJECTIVE

These General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") regulate the use of the website www.donafrancisquita.com (hereinafter, the Website) that DOÑA FRANCISQUITA CATERING , S.L. (hereinafter "DOÑA FRANCISQUITA CATERING"), makes available to persons accessing its Website in order to provide them with information on products and services, its own and/or those of third party collaborators, and to facilitate access to the same (all of which are jointly referred to as the "Services"). Users who access these parts of the Website agree to be subject, by accessing the aforementioned pages, to the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions, insofar as they may be applicable to them.

In any case, whatever the cause, DONA FRANCISQUITA CATERING will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage and/or loss of profit.
