CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
YES, you can cancel your booking at any time from the link in the email or SMS you received when you requested your booking at no cost to you, up to 7 days before your booking. ONLY in case of cancellation less than 7 days before your booking, the booking cancellation policy will apply.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T ATTEND MY BOOKING?
We always double check each reservation, sending all our clients an email to pre-confirm their reservation, and another, three days before the date and time of their reservation, to confirm their attendance.
In the event of non-attendance of the confirmed reservation, the reservation cancellation policy will be applied to the credit/debit card previously provided to us, at the rate of 100% of the amount paid for the reservation per diner.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Yes, as long as it is for the same date as the reservation. If you wish to increase the number of diners, you can do so up to the same day of the reservation, as long as there is space available, and we will modify it without any problem.
WHEN IS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?
Once you make your reservation through our website, you must enter your credit/debit card details along with your personal data, and the system will proceed to the validation of the card with a charge and a refund of €1. Once validated, you will receive an email or sms pre-confirming your booking.
Three days before the date and time of your booking, you will receive another email or SMS that will allow you to directly confirm the booking or cancel it. Only if the cancellation is within 7 days prior to your booking, the cancellation policy will be applied and your credit/debit card will be charged for the total amount of diners booked. If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, we will ask you for all the necessary information and your credit/debit card number to confirm your reservation. From here the procedure is the same as on our website.
IS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?
NO, it is only pre-confirmed.
Seven days before the date and time of your reservation, you will receive an email or SMS where you must confirm or cancel the reservation in the links that are enabled for this purpose. ONLY once the booking is confirmed by you from the email or sms, you will have your booking confirmed.
In the event of having to make a refund for reasons attributable to the organiser. The amount will be refunded, in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007, by the same means of payment used to make the booking. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of withdrawal shall not apply as it falls within the exceptions established in Articles 102 and 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by virtue of which it is established that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
