Shopping in our online shop is very simple: just choose an item, add it to your basket by clicking on the shopping cart icon and process your order using the payment method indicated.
Our online shop is divided into two shopping sections.
1-Gourmet Gifts (Household goods, gifts and gourmet products)
2-Lunches and Dinners (Food prepared at the moment with delivery at home), programmed shipments in day and refrigerated.
They are independent sections and products from both sections cannot be purchased in the same order.

You can pay for your purchases using:
- VISA or Mastercard, Amex through the BBVA payment gateway, or through one of our express payment options.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping costs are divided into two shopping sections.
1) Gourmet Gifts (Household goods, gifts and gourmet products).
2) Lunches and Dinners (Meals prepared on the spot with home delivery), scheduled day and refrigerated deliveries.
These are separate sections and products from both sections cannot be purchased in the same order.
Below we detail the delivery charges for each case:
1) Gourmet gifts
Málaga:
- Free delivery to Torremolinos and Malaga city centre for purchases over 50’00€.
- Free delivery outside Torremolinos and Malaga city centre (except Balearic Islands) for purchases over 90’00€.
- Orders under 50’00€ in Torremolinos and Malaga city centre, delivery charges are 4,90 €.
- Orders outside Torremolinos and Malaga city centre (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), delivery charges are 8,90 €.
- Orders Balearic Islands (no refrigerated products are shipped) consult price.
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Orders outside Spain (no refrigerated products are shipped) consult price. We do not ship to England or Switzerland.
2) Lunch and Dinner
Delivery charges depend on the distance between our workshop and your home.

DELIVERY TIME FOR GOURMET GIFTS
1) Gourmet gifts
- The delivery time is 24-48 (in December may vary) hours throughout the peninsula (subject to product availability).
- Deliveries only from Monday to Friday except holidays.
- Check delivery time for shipments to the Balearic Islands and outside Spain.
- Deliveries within the province of Malaga, are made internally but the rest are made by the transport company Envialia and Seur for cold shipments, so there may be incidents, circumstances or setbacks beyond the control of Doña Francisquita Catering Malaga.
- If at the time of delivery on the day established by the client there is no one to receive it, the next shipment will be paid by the client.
- We have an express delivery option (only within Torremolinos and Malaga city centre) (Monday to Sunday) which is delivered within two hours of receiving the order.
Collection in shop: 24-48 hours after the order has been placed.
2) Lunch and Dinner
Your order is delivered on the selected date (Monday to Friday) before 13:30 hrs..
